My customer sent the money 2 days ago and it’s not showing up...also somehow Ww international is charging me again but on PayPal and I never gave them that info.

Check the email address that they sent to and make sure that there are no spelling errors / typos.

 

As for your second query............

Check if you had a subscription set up...
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
