Money without an Account

Good Evening,

I was wondering if I were to recieve money from someone with paypal

could I spend it without a bank account linked?  I don't have one at the

moment due to financial issues.

Without a bank account, the PayPal account is not verified. Eventually, you'll be asked to verify your PayPal account and its difficult to tell when that happens. It may also ask for a credit card as back up to the PayPal balance payment during checkout or transaction won't complete.

Then there's the PayPal Cash/Cash Plus account issue:

What can I do with my personal PayPal account, PayPal Cash account or PayPal Cash Plus account?
