Money withdrew

Money was taken out of my bank account from PayPal but has no record of it in my paypal account. I haven’t purchased anything of the amount

Thank you for reaching out to us. We are sorry to hear about the confusion. 

It might be that you made a purchase from a website/merchant that uses Paypal to process and receive payments which is why it would often show on your statement that it went through Paypal even though you did not log in to your Paypal account when you purchased. There are a lot of sellers using Paypal as their payment processing system. 

Do you remember making any online purchases recently that matches the amount on your bank statement?
