Money withdrawal from FREELANCER.COM

Hello everyone!

I have troubles with money withdrawal. They say: 

"Withdrawal Warning.
Your PayPal account must be verified before we can transfer your funds to it. Please log in to your PayPal account and complete the required verification process."

How do I make sure if I am verified or not?

I've entered all the information to the account.

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
