Hello, I sent money to two different people from Brazil, I’m from Panama. Both of them claim they can’t withdraw the money/transfer it to their bank account because when doing the steps to confirm it, they don't actually receive any type of payment from Paypal in their bank account to eventually confirm said account, yet they were still charged the exchange fee. Paypal asks for confirmation of payment but their bank account hasn't received anything.
