Money transfer error

Hi!

 

Yesterday i sent into my dad account some money, instant transfer and he didn t receive the money even today.. as i know the all informations are correctly entered.. what should i do ?

I am sorry to know that your dad has not received the fund in his PayPal account that you send by selecting the option 'instant' transfer. Please refer to this article to check the current status of your payment. If it shows 'completed' please reach out to our Customer Support by clicking on the contact option at the bottom of the page on our website for assistance.
