Hello, currently my bank account is not linked to my paypal neither any credit card or debit card. My friend from abroad will send me money in euro and i have set my paypal balance currency as euro only (But I live in India). Can I still use this paypal balance to buy things online? Would there be any problem because my bank account is not linked with Paypal. I just want to use PayPal balance only.
