Money taken from 2 accounts

PayPal have taken the same payment out of 2 accounts I have registered, one is a credit card and one a debit

Look at the payment transaction details, particularly under "Paid With". Does it say "[Debit Card] XXXX backed by "[Credit Card] XXXX"? If so, when payment is captured and the PayPal system processes it, it should say "Paid with [your preferred payment method] XXXX" which should be in a couple of days.
