I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received the payment yet. To accept a payment, the email or phone number the payment was sent to needs to be confirmed. Otherwise, the payment will not link correctly to your account. If both your email and phone number are already confirmed, then you'll want to check with the sender to see if they accidentally mistyped your information.
