I was sent money and it still has yet to pop up in my PayPal

Welcome to the Community! 

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received the payment yet. To accept a payment, the email or phone number the payment was sent to needs to be confirmed. Otherwise, the payment will not link correctly to your account. If both your email and phone number are already confirmed, then you'll want to check with the sender to see if they accidentally mistyped your information. I'll include a couple of Help Center articles to help you make sure your email and phone number are confirmed.
