Money sent to me by family is still pending

My mom sent me money and it said e-check would be processed by february 19th but the funds are still pending? Live chat has not worked. any help?

Its the 19th until midnight, also the clearance date normally says 'estimate' as different banks have different clearance times but normally clears on or just after that date.
