so I have listed my first product in eBay and was asked to link my PayPal to register, I did just that and the item got published... I got it sold but the problem is that the money never reached my PayPal I have waited for 5 days then the customer sent me a message asking about when would I ship the product, I told him that I haven't received a payment yet then he showed me a screenshot of his payment... the problem in that screenshot is that my email is missing a letter, later he sent me a message saying that the [wrong email] needs to create a PayPal account to accept the money, and eBay is telling me "This order was not successful. Payment for this order has failed. "
My question is: was it me making a typo mistake in my email or is it something the buyer did wrong ? and how to fix this problem ?
