I sent $ to my daughter and amount has been credited to my debit card already. However because I sent it to her as a vendor (error on my part) she is unable to withdraw. states pending. help, how do I fix this? THANK YOU

She would have to wait 21 days to receive it if you used the goods / services option.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
