In general, we can only refund a transaction to the original funding source used to pay the initial payment. Due to this, if you paid using a card, the refund can only be issued to that card. If the card has been disabled or deleted, please reach out to your card issuer and let them know that you have received a refund to that card: they will be able to redirect the funds to another card or another source. Also, once the refund has been completed, we would not be able to reverse it as we do not have control over those funds any longer.
