Hello
I am new here. can anyone help me please?.
I am trying to send someone some money. They sent me their email and I sent the money but they have now contacted me to say the money has not appeared in their paypal account.
On my activity it says "money sent. ****** has not accepted yet".
I have told them this but the money still hasn't gone through. It's embarrassing for me and I don't know what to do next. I would be grateful for any assistance. Thank you

Sorry but if there is a cancel option then the email is NOT correct.
They must have made a mistake when they gave it to you to send them money OR its wrong on their invoice or auction.
You may as well cancel as the funds are going nowhere.

Double check the email address that was used to pay and make sure there were no spelling mistakes.
Ask if there email address is verified?
Is there a cancel option?
Was it sent in another currency?

Yes the email is correct and there is a cancel button but I do not know if their email is verified.
