Money sent and completed, recipient never received payment

I sent money to a friend about a month ago and the transaction shows it is completed. On his end, the transaction never showed up. I believe he has a verified email so I’m not sure what the issue is.

Does it show as completed / payment or sent?

Have you checked the email address for any ? spelling errors?
