Hey guys, I've requested money from a cousin living in Germany (my account is registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina) and he got a message that the money request is blocked. Do you know what might be the problem? Also, I cannot send money either. This hasn't happened before and I do not know what might be the problem. I haven't changed the card or any of the settings.
