Hi there .... I received payment via friends & family for a pair of e tickets .... while I seem to have the balance increased I don’t have any information about the transaction... could it have been sent ... then retracted??
You mean you do not see a related transaction listing in your account activity?
Once a payment is sent and is marked completed, it can't be retracted. Sender will have to contact you to get a refund. Or, maybe their funding source had no money...but you still should have a record of payment in your account activity.
Try clearing your browser cache/paypal cookies and restart device.
