Can anyone please tell me what this means? The funds aren’t showing and the person paying me says it’s showing as pending with their credit card co. Thanks in advance! Caroline

Double check the email address that they used and make sure there were no spelling errors or misplaced dots etc.
Is it the same email address linked to your paypal account?
Have you confirmed the email address?
Did the person send the funds in your own currency or theirs (if international transaction).
Advice is voluntary.
