Hello, so I requested my dads account for some money and when he transferred it, it put the money on hold. It says that i need to wait 22 days until i get it or provide a shipping code, but i cant because my dad just transferred it to me for money, not a purchase or anything. Is there anyway to speed up the process?
He must have sent it as a "Goods and Services" payment instead of "Friends and Family", which means you probably see a fee was taken from your side, too..??
You should be able to click into the transaction details and find a link to Refund the payment. That should release the funds back to him, and then he could send it again as Friends and Family, which would not trigger the requirement for tracking details.
