If its pending / unclaimed on the senders side then either they made a mistake with the email address that they used to send the funds ie typo or misplaced dot etc OR your email address has not been verified.

Petrukha1, it is also important to make sure that your account has been verified. Also, if the buyer sent an eCheck, it may take some time for the payment to complete. I would not recommend providing the service or goods until the status of the payments shows as "Complete".
