Money on hold

When do I get my money if it is on hold and the sender is not able to confirm the payment. Do I have to wait until after 21 days?

Yes normally BUT you could try marking the transaction as processed or shipped and the buyer 'may' get the option to use the confirm receipt option IF it shows on their account.
