Money on Hold

HI, I live in India and I have a friend in the USA. I transferred some amount to my friend and the transaction is marked as Seller and Buyer and money is on hold. Could you please help me know why it is marked as Seller and Buyer and how can I release funds. Thanks in advance.

Because unfortunately you do not have the option to send a friends/family payment in your country so all payments go as goods/services.
