Money not showing in account / given run-around answers

All of a sudden verified payments to me via Paypal, are not showing in my Paypal account.  I have spent the past two weeks in email conversation with the Help centre.  Each person, only dealing with the top email, floats a suggestion.  I refute this one, then we begin again. A continuous run-around. . .

In the meantime, I have suspended email Paypal payments from my website. 

But. Do I have to accept the Paypal has swallowed two payments? Or is there a way to get their full attention!?
