Money not showing in PayPal.

I received a refund today but its nowhere to be found. Neither my bank account or PayPal has any trace of the money arriving though.

So if its not showing in your paypal account and its not showing in your bank account then how do you know you have been refunded?

Also how did you fund that paypal payment from your bank account ie which option?

I got an email. I payed using my card.

If you funded the original Paypal payment to the seller with a card then it won't go back to your paypal balance.

Once marked as completed it will automatically go back to your card. Paypal say allow 30 days but I have never waited longer than a week for mine, however that depends a lot on what country you are in.
