Money not showing in PayPal account!

I have recently sold 2 things on depop a total of £21 all together and I have received an email to my email address saying “.... has sent you X amount of money” but I am checking my PayPal account and nothing is in there. I’m losing out on money as I’m sending these people items when I haven’t even received the money! Anybody know the solution to this?

Your paypal email address identifies your account for payment so make sure that it is correct AND confirmed on your paypal account.
