Money not recurved fully

I recently sent money to a company and my account says I sent the full amount but the company emailed saying they only received part of the payment ? €14 went missing ? Does anyone know where this went

Paypals fee is deducted from the buyers payment before the remainder is credited to the sellers account.

Tell them if they use paypal then they pay a fee.
