Money not recieved

hello I'm Ankit And I'm working in clixsense on 16 october 2019 request of $10 

today I recieve a email that your payment is by paypal from clixsense and now my paypal acount show my balance is $00 than what i do now

i started a online shop for ebooks. I sold my first book and the customer paid the amount to paypal But I cannot see the payment in my account page which says there are no transactions. Thinking of cancelling my paypal account
