3 weeks ago I changed my e.mail address for PayPal. Yesterday I sold an item on eBay and received an e.mail from PayPal saying that the money had been received. This e.mail was addressed to my old e.mail address, which I still have in use, but not for PayPal. When I checked my account the money was not there. I contacted the buyer and he requested a refund and then resent the money, but it has still not arrived. I have a gain contacted the buyer to ask him to check his account to see if the money has been taken from his account. I await his reply. How am I supposed to be able to contact PayPal over this. There seems no way to do it on the website.
