Money not received

This is the error I get when I tried to add my second email which is where the money was sent to...We're sorry, that email address isn't available because it's already linked to another PayPal account. Try linking another email address or ask your sender to send the money to a different email address that belongs to you.

You would need to log on to the paypal account that uses that email address.

Yes, I was able to use that email and create another password and I managed to get the money, Thank You.
