I am a first time seller on ebay. I received payment for an item on the 6th of October, as it says on ebay the money has been paid via PayPal and would clear on 27th of October. The money never cleared and I was told it was because I hadn't confirmed my card. I got a code and confirmed my card and the money still hasn't came into my account. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
Are the funds showing in your paypal account balance but on hold or not showing at all?
If not showing at all can you do this?
Go to ebay and click on 'sell' put in anything (as you aren't going to actually list anything) until you get to the main page > scroll down near the bottom and where it says payment methods check the email address that is on that page, is there a spelling mistake or old one?
