I'm buying a pair of shoes off a guy and he sent a money request to me. I accepted the request and sent it. I got an email saying the money was sent but at the bottom it reads, "Your recipient will have 30 days to create a Paypal account and accept the money. Once they do, we'll transfer it from your account". This doesn't make sense to me because he sent the money request, which means he has to do have a Paypal account. And plus it also says that they'll transfer the money out of my account when the seller accepts the money but the money is already gone from my account?
