Money hold, item is alredy sold

I sold my item couple of days ago, is alredy in the new owner and i cant get my money yet. I was wondering why? I need the money, i did a successful deal.

Are the funds actually showing in your Paypal account balance?

If so are they 'pending'?

If so does it give you a clearance date when you click on it?

Was it an Ebay or non-Ebay sale?

I can't put here a screenshots. Money are in my balance feom couple of weeks already as "money on hold". The item is already with the new owner and the deal is complete, but i still waitng for my money. There is no clear date when they be released.

Normally with an Ebay sale funds are released when a 'tracking number' shows the item as delivered to the buyer + 3 days.

I added tracking number but doesnt update for some reason... I have to wait 21 days from the day of purchase if the tracking number wont update?

Ebay and Paypal are 2 separate companies and have 2 separate policies for holding funds for 'new sellers'.
If yours was an Ebay transaction then its an Ebay hold and Ebay authorise when paypal can release the funds.

Normally for Ebays hold funds are released when tracking shows the item as delivered + 3 days (if you use Ebay / paypal postage).
