Money from refund deducted

A sum of money was deducted while crediting refund to my debit card...citing "voucher redeemed". But i didn't use a discount voucher in this order. Can someone explain?

When this happens, it sounds like a voucher was used. I would recommend checking the original transaction to see what was the actual amount that was charged and which funding source was used.
