I did a PayPal payment yesterday and the app froze. The money was deducted from my bank account but the company I paid did not receive the payment and the payment is not reflected on my PayPal account anywhere (not as pending or paid).
I tried contacting PayPal but they are of no help. What can I do the get the money back?
