I bought an item on the 27th of this month on eBay. Paid immediately. Next day, I was looking at my checking account online,and there was a $3.59 charge also from Paypal. Both the item and this one were in pending, so I thought was a fluke and would drop off. Nope. So I called the bank today, and it shows is from Facebook. I have never bought anything thru Facebook. Not only that, but I checked my Paypal account, and there is no record of the $3.59 charge. Just the item that I had bought, which was right at $40. I cannot ever recall buying anything and paying with Paypal and it not be logged into my account and it tell me who what when where how. Are the scammers able to say they are paypal and charge my account?
