Money clam

Hi..

I have a problem about money withdraw.  Easy Logic EU Limited has sent me $30.00 USD to my paypal account but I couldn't recieve that money. I got a PayPal massage that massage showing underneath 

"We're sorry, but that transaction no longer exists. If you think this is an error, please reach out to the sender of the money.

If you continue to encounter problems, please contact customer service." So what happen ?.what can I do?.. how should I receive that my money.?

Sri Lanka PayPal accounts do not have ability to receive payments.

If you made a purchase the seller is supposed to refund from the original transaction to reverse the payment back to your card.
