PayPal is withholding money wrongfully. It's asking for a tracking number when I never sold an item nor is that what I do. I provide services and the form of free work. When the work is completed I get paid. For some reason PayPal says that I sold a product of some sort and I need a tracking number. That is impossible considering I cut a tree down cleaned it up and took it to the landfill. At this moment it's basically been done for free and I would like my money immediately. I don't know what to do.
