Money being taken out when it was not suppose to

I tried to order a game online on gamestop but when I tried to order through paypal, gamestop said it had to be a recognized paypal user so my order did not go through yet it has taken money out of my account 3 times when I tried to order the game 3 times what do I do?

Those transactions should be pending authorizations with the funds held. They expire within 30 days. Only fret and dispute if the payment are marked as completed at PayPal and posted at your bank both meaning that the merchant captured the funds. Pending auth. cannot be canceled as in this stage they are promises to pay but if they merchant does not or cannot capture payment, they just expire.

This is typical of transactions made at online shops. They use the authorization and capture method.
