I received the message below but something seems fishy! 

Any thoughts please? 

We need some information from you.

Is there a link in that email, if so DO NOT click it.

Did the message from paypal appear in your paypal account OR does it say anything in the resolution centre.

Only normally to lift any limits in the UK you have to add and confirm a UK bank account.
