Money being sent back

I got this message recently having sent a donation via a photo library site

The money has been returned to **** account.

This payment was returned because:

You asked to manually accept or refuse this type of payment.

For more information, log in to your PayPal account to find this transaction, and click Cancelled to see the details."

I can't find a setting to just accept the money!

Go to your activity page, near the search bar, click Filters > Cancelled to see the transaction. It seems like the money was returned to you.
