Hello, recently I have joined a sneaker raffle on site kickz.com, I have sent them money. Payment type was authorization. After I didn't win the sneakers, they have declined the payment, but my money still didn't come to my bank account (paypal neither). Should I wait? I have already wrote paypal 3 times, but they didn't respond.
