Money Transfer

I received money to my paypal account from a friend, I can't transfer it to a bank cause the only card I have in my name is a cash app card. I can't accept or decline the payment without having to verify a bank account i don't have. I was going to send it to my mother's card/bank but my paypal but I can't do that of course because her card is not under my name. What do I do? my location is United States

I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to receive the payment because you do not have a bank account and cannot complete the steps to create a PayPal Cash or Cash Plus account. Those would be the only options for receiving money via PayPal. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
