Hi, I reside in the UK and I am trying to send a payment to someone in India. They are able to send me money for me to receive; however, it will not allow me to send money as it says the recipient can't accept payments at the moment?

In India they can't accept personal ie friends/family payments.

And for goods/services payments they have to set up their account as per link below.
