Money Sent, Receiving, waiting

My sister sent me rent money over a week ago and her bank shows that PayPal took the money but its been over a week and still nothing has shown up in my account

My sister sent me rent money over a week ago her bank account shows that PayPal took it out right away but for the last week every time I log into my PayPal I still see the zero balance I never cashed it out and I’m still waiting please help

Double check the email address she sent the funds to and make sure there were no spelling errors?

Also have you confirmed your email address?

Have you received funds before as you have a personal account you would have to accept the first payment to get a paypal cash account as per link.

Also what does it say next to the transaction in the senders account ie sent or payment OR pending/unclaimed?
