Money Received Via Friends and Family option is pending
Sender tried both bank account and debit card method but same outcome, any idea?

If you mean it is pending from the senders side then the problem would be on their end and you would need to ask them to reach out to us directly. Make sure they have your correct email address. If the payment is pending from your side, please click on 'details' next to the payment for more information on an expected clearing date.
