i’ve received money from a buyer using goods and services after selling an item of clothing on depop, the money had been received in my account under “pending” and said to have been in my bank account on the 5th of October, it is now the 7th and i’ve gone to check the status of the payment and it says the money has been received but also says “cancelled” the money is not in my bank account nor is it in my paypal account, however the buyer has received the item. where is my money?
