I received an email from PayPal telling me that money sent to me for a Virtual Fitness Class Membership to my business is on hold. The email states I can have access to the funds in 7 days if I Update the status of my service to confirm that the item was received. How do I do this in Paypal? The service was received and I plan to have many more transactions for the same Virtual access to a LIVE streamed class. I did not anticipate having the verify that the user received the service, what is the process for this? Do I need the customer to somehow verify to complete the transaction? or can I mark it delivered somehow without shipping info?
