My name is aniket <removed> and i am a freelancer on peopleperhour.com, I recently tried withdrawing money to paypal account but it keeps on failing with this following error:
(Reason: RISK_DECLINE). For more information, please contact PayPal directly
I have mailed paypal for atleast 5 times and the only response I am getting is an automated reply.
My money is on hold
Can anyone please help me and let me know what to do.
