I am trying to send money to someone with my existing debit card but I can't find the option to select the stored debit card. It keeps asking me to link a debit card which I alrady have it in my wallet. What can I do?

Is the card in date?

Does it have available funds on it?

Does the billing address exactly match your paypal address?

Have you confirmed it with the 4 digit code after adding it?

Yes. It is up to date, Has available fund, and I did confirm the card with 4 code. When I get "Link the debit card" I add the same card then back to link the debit card again Even, after linking the new debit card, same thing happens
